JADEYE.IN Exchange and Repair Policy
General Information
Hand crafting something special for a valued customer is care of the brand. Bearing this in mind each product you may find unique and slighter very different from each other. Natural stones and pearls are also different from each other.
All products are handcrafted by Indian artisans, which may lead to slight irregularities adding to the beauty of each piece.
No Returns/Refunds: Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded. Exchanges and credit notes are offered under specific circumstances, redeemable only on Jadeye.in website.
Delays due to natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances are not the company’s responsibility.
Refunds applicable only for lost shipments.
Refunds will be applicable with-in 15 to 30 days after the claim has been verified.
Conditions for Eligible Returns and Exchanges
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Damaged product on receipt.
- Contact customer support at customercare@jadeye.in within 3 days of delivery with the order number and product picture.
- Refunds will be applicable with-in 15 to 30 days after the claim has been verified.
- Ineligible for Returns/Exchanges:
- Requests made after 4 days of delivery.
- Items sent back without prior intimation.
- Product retuned in a damaged conditions
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
- Package refused by recipient
- No refund or exchange on worn out jewellery
- Refund will be done once the product is receive with original packaging
- Pre-orders and customized orders (full payment required at confirmation).
- Minor color and design variations.
- Incorrect or outdated addresses.
- Prices exclude customs duties and shipping charges; customer is responsible for duties and taxes per their country’s regulations.
- Please review sizing guidelines carefully.
- Products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores.
- Customised orders and items on sale.
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to exchange orders/credit notes.
- Credit notes cannot be redeemed on sale items.
- Missing items or wrong orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to Customer Support (+91 9315078337).
Exchange Policy (India)
- General Rules:
- No refunds only exchange it customer dislikes the product.
- Raise exchange requests within 3 days of delivery.
- Customised orders and items on sale are not eligible for exchange.
- One-time exchange per order.
- Pickup and re-shipping charges to be bear by the customer ₹700/- (PAN India).
Exchange Policy (International)
Please Note: Raise exchange requests within 2 days of delivery.
- General Rules:
- No exchange for international orders, except for damaged in transit or incorrect products.
- Raise exchange requests within 2 days of delivery.
Repair Policy (India)
- Please Note: Repairs are subject to the design feasibility.
- General Rules:
- Free repair for accidental damage within 1 month of delivery.
- Repair requests raised between 1 to 6 months post-delivery will incur a ₹700/- fee (including repair and shipping charges).
Steps for Exchange & Repair
- Inform us within 3 days (exchange) or 30 days (repair) of delivery by emailing at customercare@jadeye.in with the order number and product picture.
- Note: We request you to kindly be patient after raising the query as our working hours are 10 AM - 5 PM (Monday-Saturday). Our team will be happy to take up your queries as soon as they are back at their desk.
- Wait for email confirmation from the concerned team.
- Pack the product in the original packaging and courier it to the billing address.
- Customer bears shipping, reverse pick-up, and re-shipping charges for exchanged items.
- The Quality Check team will inspect the original product before re-shipping the repaired or exchanged piece.
- The product must be unused and untampered to be eligible for exchange.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled Request you to mindfully place an order with us.
Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of order. You must email on customercare@jadeye.in to notify us.
Before we arrange your damaged product / incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product than jadeye QC team will decide for product approval for further process.
Once we have received your email and our QC team authorised the return for the damaged product we will send the replacement.
Please note that prices exclude customs duties and shipping charges. Duties and taxes applicable per your country's regulations are the customer's responsibility.
